Qualifications: Bachelorâ™s degree in Construction, Business, Project Management, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in construction management. Strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities with experience in root cause analysis. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with multiple departments and vendors. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in driving projects to completion.
