Excellent project management, organization, and time-management skills. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Working knowledge of construction procedures, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project is desirable. AutoCAD experience is a plus..
