Prepare and lead weekly project staff meeting to review on-going operations, project schedules, production budgets, and quality and safety expectations. Timely and accurate change management including early recognition, documenting/notice, tracking, submission, and payment. Manage effective issue resolution across all assigned projects that maintains positive working relationships with all vendors, subcontractors, and clients. Maintain accurate budget oversight of ongoing costs and earnings – communicate deviations to VP. Share own knowledge of the infrastructure construction industry with Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and workers through mentorship and coaching. Prepare accurate monthly project cost and revenue status reports for presentation to upper management. Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with key clients. An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered. Washington State Professional Civil Engineering license is required at the time of hire or within one year.
